Those are some absolutely beautiful quilts. Your friend is sooooo lucky to have inherited them! I have a couple of really old ones that my great-great grandmother quilted back during the Civil war. One is in great condition; the other not so much, but I'm keeping it anyway! :o)

And, I'm gonna be washin' that gray right out of my hair this week, too!

We have moles just terrible right now. I heard that you should stick sticks of Juicy Fruit gum down the holes and then follow with grub killer. We need to try something.

I LOVE those quilts!! Is that gopher purge? My dad got rid of all of his gophers that way...it really worked!
