Ok, I don't really mean that. It was so hard for me to get back on that airplane and head to Ca. You all know how much I love the Midwest. And the weather was just perfect. Leaves falling all around me, cool weather, and family. Then........hunka tells me it's going to be in the high 90's the day I come home and the fires are burning around us. Must be October. WHAT???????? How can that be?? It is Fall right?? So where is our Fall weather??
What a good time I had over the 8 days in Missouri. I was hesitant about the reunion, but let me tell you I can't wait till 5 years go by. We have decided to have one every 5 years now. WOOOHOOOOOO And you know what?? These people looked GOOD!!! I mean they did not look like they had been out of school for 30 years. Ok maybe a little fuller in the face, a little rounder in the tummy area, the guys were a little bald on the old noggin but still we looked good.
First my sister and nephew picked me up at the airport and took me to Wilsters house where I spent a couple nights. Have I told you how clean that boys house is?? I guess he paid attention to me all those years I kept our house clean. Because his house looked good.
Isn't this kitchen cute?? Wilster repainted all his cabinets and put new knobs on them. He even took down this dark bar area and put in this new white one. And look..........it's RED and white. Momma bears favorite color.
I love Wilster's fireplace. He's NEVER used it and I told him over Thanksgiving we WILL be making a fire.
LOOK Wilster still has his toys from when he was a little boy. He loved the Muppet's and still does.
And there's WILSTER in his clean kitchen.
Here is my skinny ass little sister Linda. I would give my right................to be as thin as her. I am the amazon in the family and hate it. I can't wait till she hits menopause. LOL Please tell me she will be fat then... PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! LOLOL She's the baby of course.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOOOOO!!!!!!!!! Boo's request was for a strawberry pie. WHAT?? I've never made a strawberry pie in my lie. I didn't even know he liked strawberry pies. But Wilster and I went everywhere searching for that pie and could not find it. We did find this strawberry cream cheese cake. Which was very good I might add. And no he's not ONE he's 26. But we only had one candle. LOLOL Those are some spiffy shorts he's got on aren't' they?? I love them.

I have a lot of photos to show but now I'm going to show you what goodies I got from my Secret Angel. OMG I was beyond excited today to open up my box. It was waiting for me when I got home. I thought my angel forgot about me but what happened was she signed up for my Polka dot swap and thought if she sent me things along the way I would recognize the address and figure out who she was. So she sent everything at once. I love it all. She went way overboard if you ask me. I couldn't be happier. First of all love the tissue paper. I'll be using that again.
Do you just love my new bag?? It was full of little gifties too.
Carlamade me a Kleenex holder, a little zippered bag, a sewing bag to hold my little mat, she gave me a date book for 09/10 a BOO cookie, a little heart pin, and on and on and on and on. Everything I opened up had another little goodie tucked inside that one.

Here's my little sewing bag she made that hold a tiny mat and has other slots for sewing items. I just love it. And yes she included the little mat too. I'm telling you Carla out did herself. I love everything. Thank you soooo much Carla. And thank you Helen for doing this swap.

It's good to be home really. I missed blogging and I missed my Sistas too. Nancy even offered me a quilt to not move. Oh yea Miss Nancy did. WOW I might be thinking about that one. It's a good quilt too. I'm sure Debwould make me an Annie or two to stay. Have you been to her blog to see the Annie's she's made?? One of you lucky swappers are going to get a CUTE polka dotted Annie. You can thank me later. LOL She is adorable!!! And Deb has even taken a few orders for her Halloween Annie's like she made us girls at the pj party. Love her Annies!!! Go check it out. She says that she may be making some Americana and Spring ones real soon if your interested. I know I am. She does great work.
