Today was the day. I was so glad that Perry was free to meet with hunka and I. Last time our meeting was sorta fast too. But at least we got to see each other. Now we live close enough to visit. And she promises to come see me.

Here we were at our hotel in OK. I have to tell you it was NOT the cleanest place. But we couldn't find one that would take us with the dog. And I've gotta say she is MUCH MUCH cleaner than that nasty floor. They obviously have no rules here. Madeline and Annie really wanna go.
Annie likes this much better. Not on that disgusting floor. And guess who Madeline is waiting for again?? Yep hunka went out the door. At least Annie is looking at me.
Annie can't make up her mind and Madeline just wants her daddy.
Ok so he's back and she's ready for bed. Or her and Annie are playing hide and seek.
Somebody has had a long, long, long day. Are you digging that ugly, nasty comforter. We told Madeline it's time to get up. Perry is waiting!!!
There she is!!! Purple hair and all. It was so good to see her. We had the best time visiting. Time went way too fast.
Back on the road again. Almost to Missouri. Getting closer. WOOHOOO!!!

YIPPPEEEE!!!!!! I could have ran across the state line but with my luck I would have fallen down and broke my leg. Therefore, never making it to Missouri. So I opted to ride in the car.
Ahhhh perfect temp. Just for our arrival.
At that point we had driven over 1500 miles. Ended up doing over 1800 and did not stop at ONE quilt shop. Only because we had NO ROOM. Oh not to mention there were probably 40 boxes of fabric in a huge truck rolling my way.
Time to check into our last hotel for awhile. When we got into Missouri we found out that all the papers had been filed, the funds were funded but............are you ready??????????? Somehow someone LOST OUR MONEY. Oh yes, it was funded and transferred but where, no one knew. So we went to bed Thursday night not knowing if we would get into our new house on Friday. Which means another night in a hotel. What else could honestly happen to us??
