I've been taking down my Halloween decorations. I love putting them up early but then when that holiday is over, I'm done. I cleaned off the front porch and put out one little tree with clear lights on it. And of course I always have my big tree out there with white lights and with a set of orange lights. During Halloween I plug in the orange ones. After that I use the clear lights for Christmas and the rest of the year. I love having the tree outside. It looks good at night. Well, I think it does. I forgot to take another picture of it. I'll do that soon.
But the real decorating I did recently was the kitchen. I love my kitchen. This month it was two years ago we gutted it and redid. We love cooking in there so much. And I have lots of areas to decorate.
It's hard to get a full view because the ktichen is longer than it is wide. So I took several pictures. Ok I took LOTS of pictures. :)
My sweet little Annie Debbie made for me a few years ago. I leave her out all the time.
I took the pics at night that's why some are a little dark or have mood lighting if you will. I used the Ipad and it doesn't have a flash.
This is standing on the other side of the island. We made the island as big as we could and still pass code. And we are so glad we did. See how small the stove top looks? It's really not that small.
I sure have a lot of pictures on that fridge don't I? haaaaa
I'm trying to go around the whole kitchen starting at the sink. Like I said it's hard to get the full picture.
My baking area is right there under the microwave. I just house all my baking stuff there, I mix it all on the big island.
My baking area. I love this area of the kitchen.
And our wine cabinet. We got this at a local shop and love it. It's made out of old windows, doors, etc. You know THIS is really my favorite place in the kitchen if you know me. :) I love all the colored glass don't you?
That's the end of the tour. Hope I didn't bore you. I know I've showed some of it before but since I cleaned and did a little redecorating I thought I'd share again.
Thanks for stopping by!!
