Let's continue on shall we? This is one big tree. I'm feeling the urge to do some tree climbing. But I'd probably fall out. So I won't. Don't wanna embarrass hunka.
Here we are at the winery. Ahhhhhh I'll have a White Zin and make it snappy. Please?
Neat koi pond. Hope I don't fall in it.
Look a room with a view. Wonder who's up there watching me taking a picture of them?
Hey Deb I took this for you and Kris. You two bird watchers you!! Looks like two love birds doesn't it? But then I'm no bird watcher.
Uhhhhhhh NO those are not all my corks. But that is a cool idea. Maybe I'll start saving mine up now. By Christmas maybe I too can have this in my backyard. And I wonder why I fall so much?
Sooo pretty and inviting.
Let's go shopping some more now. I'm refreshed and ready. This was BH....before haircut.
Well, that didn't take long now did it?? My favorite shop of course. Do ya love my new cabinet??
Is this a cool tree, plant, flower??? Whatever it is I like it.
Dropped off the bags, more sight seeing to do.
I wanna move in. Oh wait I said I'm never moving again. Scratch that.
Beeee-u-ti-ful!!!
This was at the old train depot by the river front. In a few weeks there's going to be a big festival in ST. Charles. Called Festival of the Little Hills. I can not wait!! We're going with my sister and her family. It is up on the main street where all the shops are and also along the river front. Talk about fun, craft booths, food booths, music, and so much more. Oh don't worry you know I'll take pics. It will be just like you are there. Only you'll be cool inside your house. I'll do the sweatin for us ok?
It was a great day!! Thanks for stopping by. Hope you enjoyed the tour.

Sharon, lovely photos especially the one of you BH (before haircut), its a great photo.
The last one is great also. Very artistic!!

I can not believe you took pictures of those birds on the roof, you know they'd been at the winery. If they saw these now the shame she would feel! LOL
Looks like lots of fun. I hope you are feeling better.

I love your photo tours. You live in a beautiful place.
The log cabin? I know you're not moving again, ever, but what about taking it over as a sewing room? I'm sure the current owners wouldn't mind.

Great tour! What a beautiful area you are living in now!!
The birdies are cute, and are nestling in like love birds. But I am not sure what type they are. I do love my birds!!! That last shot of your shadows is so cool! I am loving all of your photos Sharon.
Still super busy with taking care of Noah during the day and my Mom at night. This gal needs a vacation!!!!!

Love the corks!! Too Cute! I have been working on bling, and I have 17 finished. What's your new address sweetie?
Posted by: dawn | July 16, 2009 at 05:59 AM
I love the flowers too. I really think top part of the topiary is begonias. But I've never seen them grown that way. It sure would be fun to try to duplicate. I know that the bright green trailing plant at the bottom is a potato vine. (I don't know why it's called that - no potatoes!)
You look like you are having lots of fun.
Posted by: Mary | July 16, 2009 at 06:35 PM
MORE beautifulness!! I really like the winery - wonder where they got ALL those corks?? LOL! I'm hoping the wine quenched your thirst.....for more wine. Hah!!
