You have the cutest stuff in your house. I love the quilt and dressers in your bedroom and the comfy chair too. Great patriotic decor and is that a Christmas tree in your dining room? Sounds like a fun BBQ.

Sharon

Yep that would be a Christmas tree Carol. But it's a patriotic tree for now. I have a photo of it I'll be showing. Just hang on!! lol

Wow, what a fun time you had with family!! And they all cooperated so nicely for pics! That chair looks so comfy, what an inviting place to rest, read and/or quilt. Your house is lovely! Quit the decorator you are!! I always envy that in a person! Happy weekend!

QuiltSue

I love that room, it's so fresh and calm-looking. I specially love the quilt on the bed. Do you know what the block pattern is? (I think it might be called Improved 9-patch).

Look forward to seeing more pics when you have time.

Marie Evans

Looks like you all had a good time - your sister is a cutie. We won't hold it against her that she's so tiny, will we? Naw!!
The room is so comfy and cozy and full of treasures from dear friends. It's lovely! The IKEA dressers are perfect in there, as is the red bench.
I want you to come decorate my house!

If it's National Slurpie Day... you gotta do the Slurpie Song and Dance..... our DD#3 and friend every time they went into 7-11 to get a Slurpie.... (during High School.... don't know if it was "during" or not...) they would do the Slurpie Song and Dance.... and it got so everytime the people would see them coming the sales people would tell the customers.... your in for a treat! Here come the "Slurpie Girls".... they graduated back in '03 but they had fun!
The pic's are great!

sherry

It's wonderful to have family around! You will get over the Ikea loss eventually when we were in AK I would pour over their catalog and find rip offs at the Fred Meyer.

Tammy Parker
