I missed April Fools Day dang it. Where did that day go?? Did I sleep right thru it?? Honestly I dont know what I did yesterday or where I went. LOL!!! But anyhoo I wanted to say a big old Happy Birthday to Doe. Yep yesterday was her birthday. I'm thinking maybe she turned 28 or something. There is still time to go over and wish her a happy one. HAPPY BIRHTDAY DOE!!! And that's no April Fool's.
Speaking of the Silly lil One, look what she sent me?? I had the one with the strawberry already and she sent me the other one. Isn't it adorable??? Thanks Doe!!
I've been busy sewing up a storm over here. I did some quilting on Daisy and then did some sewing in my sewing room. I finished up the little purses for my sisters fundraiser. I love the little ones with the Strawberry Lemonade fabric. I had that Raggedy Ann fabaric from long ago. I also sent her a couple pillows that I had made awhile back.
Here is the pattern I used for my Mary E. purse that I made. A few of you e-mailed asking the name so here ya go. I'm sure they have a website you can find the pattern. www.pinksandbeachdesigns.com there it is. They have several great bag patterns. Carol and I saw there bags at Road to Ca and I fell in love with this one.
This photo of the cherry quilt is for Kim, I told her I'd show it quite awhile ago. Of course I forgot. So here it is Kim. Someone made this for me a few years ago and it's even hand quilted. I just love it.
And here's one I put on my table yesterday. This was a sample at my shop.
Now I remember one thing I did yesterday. I made this quilt using my Strawberry Lemonade squares. It's such happy fabric. Love the strawberry fabric on the back.
Oh yea another thing I did yesterday, it's all coming back to me now. Good thing I take lots of photos. It's bringing it all back to me. LOL!!!
Now you all know this is my FAVORITE fabric. I have bought so much of this stuff. I'm gonna have Mary E. quilts coming out my.............well you know.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Hope you come back again real soon.

Lots and lots of cuteness today! You know I love the Strawberry Lemonade fabric (I'm getting a little sick of it right now - LOL)
And, I finally did it - yep, I couldn't stand it any longer - I order some ME fabric and the box should be here tomorrow. Sigh!
LOL

Ok. There must be a name for this disorder you have. You start out all bored like yesterday was some sort of ho-hum day -- and then you pull all of these fabulous projects out of your ... um ... camera!!! You go girl!!! I LOVE the new quilt top from the ME fabrics. And inquiring minds want to know -- is your stack of quilts higher than your stack of fabric???

Hey, thanks for the CHERRY QUILT! See, your memory is no worse than the rest of us! And funny you should say that about photos, because I posted a similar thought on my blog last night. Great minds think alike, right? Or should that be "insane quilters think alike"?! LMAO! And, of course, the rest of the stuff you shared was awesome too, as usual! Party on, Sharon!

Oh Sharon the ME quilt almost makes me weep with love for it. It's so so cute. I love the square in a square in a square pattern. Its one of my favorites as it just sets off the fabric so so nicely. Well done. All the pics are great I could comment on each one but I'm blog hopping! Thanks for the eye candy.

I'm crazy about the square-in-a-square quilt.

Wow! You've been productive! I love it all! Cute! cute! cute! Hey what's with the alarm sign next to your wheel barrell? I mean, what kind of place do you live that you've got to pay an alarm company to protect your flowers? Only in California would a company offer flower proctection! ROFLOL Hey, and what's with the huge banner? Man, I'm gonna have to scrowl way way way down, like to China to write those robot dectector letters. You know, I still don't understand how your system can figure out that it's not a robot typing those letters. Okay, I think I've caused enough trouble. ;o)

You make me want to abandon all me 'round-the-house tasks I was going to tackle today!
I bet if you made a post about Soft Scrub and Windex, and adorned the bottles with quilts and cute stuff... I'd be right on my tasks. RIGHT ON IT!

Such cute stuff Sharon!
You sure are one talented chickie!
You had asked where in southern California I am and I am in the northern most part~ Ventura County...which has no cute quilting stores that I am aware of!
Have a blessed day!

Praise God she is going to be ok, but just want you blog girls ( there must be a cuter way to name all of you) to know what fun it is to travel, laugh, create and enjoy with you when life feels kind of bleak. bless you....XXXAnnie from San Diego

So you were the one directing traffic to my blog! I was wondering where these lovely wishes are coming from. Many, many thanks.
I remember the sample quilt from your store. I bugged Beth to death to let me make notes on my pattern. Even with all the doodles I can't make out what I wrote and I couldn't remember what yours looked like. I just might have to download the picture. Thanks for sharing.
